You are currently the finance director. Under your directorship, wages have been stagnant for town employees and positions have gone unfilled likely due to low wages. How will you raise wages and why haven’t you done so as finance director?
The per capita income in Taos is very, very low compared to other states. What, specifically, will you do to raise it by 20% in the next 5 years?
